How we
run a job.
The technical position, the sequence a job actually follows, and the paperwork that clears pre-qualification. Everything here is checkable before you invite us to bid.

Drawings first.
Inspection once.
- 01Drawings before pricingWe read the set, run the takeoff, and flag conflicts before a number goes out. A quote from a drawing we have not read is worth nothing to either of us.
- 02Scope in writingInclusions, exclusions, shutdown windows, and the utility and permit responsibilities, stated before mobilization.
- 03On the scheduleWe show up on the date the schedule says. Long-lead items are ordered against your program, not ours.
- 04Inspections metPermit pulled in the owner’s name, inspection called and attended by us. A failed final costs everyone two weeks.
- 05CloseoutAs-built panel schedules, labeled circuits, completion certificate, and the sticker in the panel door.
Documents,
same day.
Pre-qualification packets are the part of a commercial job that stalls first. Ask the office and the standard set goes out the same day — usually within the hour during shop hours.
For contracts requiring specific endorsements or limits, send the insurance requirements with the invitation to bid and we will confirm in writing what we can meet before anyone spends time on a number.
- Certificate of insurance, issued direct to you or the owner
- Additional insured endorsement where the contract requires it
- Copy of MA license #9366-A1
- W-9
- Written references for comparable work
- Load calculations and panel schedules for the work quoted
Send the scope
Send the drawings, the scope, or the problem. We read the set before we price it, and you get a written proposal with the inclusions, the exclusions and the shutdown windows stated. Calls between 7 and 5 reach an electrician.
- 01You send the scope, or we walk the site
- 02We size the work and price it in writing
- 03We schedule the shutdown around your operation
