What we collect
When you request service we collect your name, contact details, service address, and a description of the work. Phone calls may be logged for scheduling. We do not buy, sell, or trade customer lists.
Website analytics
Our website measures how it is used — pages viewed, time on page, how far people scroll, what they click, page speed, and the type of browser and device — so we can make it more useful. This is handled entirely by our own website: nothing is sent to analytics companies or advertisers, and we do not store IP addresses. If you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice, two first-party cookies also let us recognise return visits; see the Cookie Policy. Choosing “Essential only”, or turning on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, switches website analytics off. When you send a request through the site, the page you arrived on and how you found us are recorded with it.
How we use it
Contact information is used to schedule work, send quotes and invoices, and follow up on completed jobs. Service addresses and job details are kept as part of our work records, which licensing and warranty obligations require us to retain.
Who we share it with
Job information is shared only where the work requires it: permit offices, utility companies, equipment manufacturers for warranty registration, and inspectors. We do not share your information with marketers.
