New builds and additions live or die on trade coordination. We show up when the schedule says, rough in to plan, and pass inspection the first time — because failed finals cost everyone two weeks.
GCs get a sub who reads the drawings before pricing, flags conflicts early, and keeps a foreman you can reach on the number you already have.
